Adams had a breakout sophomore season for the Beavers playing in 35-of-37 games and posting 14 points (8g-6a)... His eight goals tied him for fifth on the team... He opened the season with a goal in the season-opening 4-4 tie with St. Cloud State (10/11/19)...  Assembled a four-game point streak stretching from Nov. 16-Nov. 29 during which he recorded six points (3g-3a), which included career-highs of two goals, including the game-winner, and three points to lead BSU to a 5-3 victory over Alabama-Huntsville (11/22/19)... He earned WCHA Offensive Player of the Week laurels after adding an assist in the second game of the series sweep over the Chargers... His three game-winning goals was second on the team to only Adam Brady's five... Adams finished the season with a team-best +15 plus/minus rating despite often drawing the opposing teams' top line... He added nine blocked shots.

The freshman appeared in 20 games for Bemidji State... Totaled one goal and one assist for two points with 13 shots on goal... Made his collegiate debut at North Dakota (10/13/18) in a 1-1 tie... Logged his first collegiate point on an assist in a 3-3 tie at Air Force (12/29/18)... His first goal as a Beaver came in a 5-3 victory at Lake Superior State (1/26/19)... Ended the season with a -6 rating... Had one blocked shot.

Prior to Bemidji State
Played two full seasons and part of another for the NAHL's Minot Minotauros totaling 81 points (42g-39a) in 112 games... Playing in 50 of 59 games during his final season (2017-18), he wass fourth on the team with 33 points (13g-20a), which included 13 goals and a game-winner... A valued member of the Minotauros’ power-play unit, he recorded seven points (3g-4a) on the man advantage... He averaged more than 0.66 points per game and logged a point in 25 games, which included six multi-point games... A team captain, he led the Minotauros to a  28-26-4-2 regular-season record and a spot in the NAHL’s postseason as the No. 4 seed in the league’s Central Division... He added 10 points (5g-5a) in 12 postseason games to cap the 2017-18 season. In his first full NAHL season, Adams led the team with 29 goals, including a team-high six game-winners, and was third on the team in scoring with 48 points (29g-19a)... Following the season, the NAHL’s fifth leading goal scorer, Adams was named to the NAHL All-Central Division Rookie Team and to the NAHL All-Rookie Second Team.

Personal
Born December 30, 1997... He is a environmental studies with a minor in geographic information systems... Also has history in the Minnesota State High School Tournament as a member of a Grand Rapids High School boy’s hockey team that earned a third place finish in the 2016 Class AA Minnesota State Tournament... Adams logged an impressive 103 points (45g-58a) in 66 games between 2013-16 at Grand Rapids HS.
