BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University softball team announced changes to its Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference opening series with University of Minnesota Crookston. The Beavers (17-7) now host the Golden Eagles (11-13) at Chet Anderson Stadium in Bemidji Wednesday, March 27 and will play a doubleheader beginning at Noon.
The Beavers and Golden Eagles were originally scheduled to open NSIC play in Crookston Tuesday, March 26 but due to lasting winter conditions, the two teams change the playing field to the turf field at the Chet in favor of better playing conditions.
Game one of the doubleheader will begin at Noon Wednesday, followed by game two at 2 p.m.
