The Bemidji State University women's basketball team (5-5, 3-3 NSIC) closes nonconference play and the 2011 calendar year with a trip west on Highway 2 for a battle with Division I University of North Dakota.

The Bemidji State University women’s basketball team is 3-3 in NSIC play after losses to Northern State University and University of Mary Dec. 16-17 at home. Sophomore Kate Warmack guides BSU with 13.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. The Beavers are sitting at 499 program wins, looking for 500.

The Fighting Sioux
North Dakota is 5-5 overall and has yet to open play a game in the Great West Conference. UND downed University of Northern Iowa Dec. 17, snapping a four-game losing streak. lLeading the team in points and rebounds per game is sophomore forward Madi Buck .
