BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State women’s basketball team (3-0, 0-0 NSIC) concludes nonconference play Tuesday when it hosts Finlandia University at BSU Gymnasium beginning at 6 p.m.

• Bemidji State is 3-0 after road victories at University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (85-76) and versus Western State Colorado University (85-61) Nov. 15-16 at the UCCS Classic.
• Senior Morgan Lee has totaled 73 points (24.3 ppg) this season and Saturday, she surpassed the 1,000 career points plateau to become the 16th BSU player to reach that milestone. She has recorded 27, 17 and 29 points in the first three games of the season to lead the NSIC in scoring.
• At the UCCS Classic Nov. 15-16, Lee was named most valuable player, while senior Kate Warmack was named to the all-classic team. Warmack is averaging 16.7 points and 12.3 rebounds per game this season.
• Finlandia University has played just once this 2013-14 season and fell in that contest 102-40 at Northern Michigan University. FU was only able to muster 16 points in the first half against NMU, en route to the loss. Marissa Burke guided the Lions with 13 points on 4-for-10 shooting and added six rebounds and two assists.
• Coming off an 11-16 overall and 7-15 mark in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play, the Beavers were picked to finish 14th in the 2013-14 NSIC Preseason Coaches Poll.
