2012-13 (Senior): Captain… Owns 61 career blocks to rank fifth all-time on BSU’s career blocks chart.

2011-12 (Junior): Saw the court in all 27 games… Averaged 2.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 12.2 minutes per game… Finished second on the team in blocks with 19… Totaled nine games with four or more rebounds… Posted nine points and a season-high eight rebounds in a 77-73 loss against Minnesota, Crookston Feb. 10… In the final six games of the season, recorded 4.8 points and 4.0 rebounds in 16.8 minutes per game.

2010-11 (Redshirt Sophomore): Redshirted. Missed the entire 2010-11 season due to offseason surgery.

2009-10 (Freshman): Played in 25 games, starting 14...Averaged 14.7 minutes per contest...Led the team in rebounds with 5.4 per game...Averaged 4.8 points per contest as a freshman...Led the team with 42 blocks...Named Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week for week of Nov. 28...Secured back-to-back double-doubles against MSU Moorhead and UM, Crookston...Tallied double-figure points and double-figure rebounds in three games as a freshman

Eastview High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Eastview High School earning letters in basketball, track, and weight lifting….Helped lead the squad to a section AAAA championship and a third place finish at the Minnesota State High School Girl’s Basketball Tournament her senior season and was named to the all-tournament team, establishing the school’s rebounding record…Was been a member of two Lake Conference championship basketball teams…During the 2007-08 season she led her team to a section championship and a third place finish in the state tournament…At 6-2 she was a defensive force leading her team in blocks which helped her earn all-conference honorable mention honors…She is also a all-conference honorable mention performer for the Lightning Track and Field team…Kaus was accomplished in the classroom as she was a consistent member of the honor roll while earning academic letters during her high school career…Was a senior academic player and in 2007-08 she was selected as a academic all-state member in both basketball and track and field while the Eastview girl’s basketball team was the academic section champs at the conclusion of 2007-08.

Personal: The daughter of Brad and Diane Kaus… Born April 16, 1991 in Plano, Texas…Lists hanging out with friends, watching movies and going on vacations as interests…Sister Michelle played basketball at Division I Creighton University...A proposed nursing major.
