Bemidji State takes home 12th at the Mustang Invitational

Marshall, Minn. (Marshall CC)— Bemidji State University women's golf team to finished 12th at Mustang Invitational Sept. 22-23 at the Marshall Country Club in Marshall, Minn.

The Beavers recorded a 340-348—688 (+112) to place the team 64 strokes off the lead set by Augustana College (315-309—624/+48) and in the middle of the 17-team field.

Emily Kvidera from Augustana College came in first with a score of 76-70—146 (+2) eight strokes less than Monica Enderlin of Concordia University-St. Paul, who took home second place (81-71—152/+8).

Individually for BSU, Olivia Knutson (Fr., Hatton, N.D.) tied for sixth posting 80-78—158 (+14). Monica Wold (Fr., Crookston, Minn.) tied for 26th with a score of 82-83—165 (+21) and Rachel Wold (Jr., Crookston, Minn.) recorded 87-90—177 (+33) to tied for 71st.

The Beavers are back in action this Friday when they host University of Minnesota, Crookston and Minnesota State University, Moorhead at Bemidji Town and Country Club in Bemidji, Minn.  Tee times are set to begin at 12:15 p.m. for the 18-hole event.
