BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women’s golf team returns home Friday to host the BSU Invitational. The one-day, 18-hole event will be held at the par-72, 5,935-yard Bemidji Town and Country Club.
The event will get underway with tee times beginning at noon.
The five-team event will feature more than 30 players hailing from four different institutions, including: Minnesota State University-Moorhead, Minot State University, University of Minnesota Crookston and a pair of teams from Bemidji State University.
The event will serve as the Beavers’ final tune up before the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Fall Championship Oct. 5-6.
BSU hosts the event after placing 11th in the Mustang Invitational at the Marshall Golf Club Sept. 21-22. Olivia Knutson (Hatton, N.D.) and Rachel Wold (Sr., Crookston, Minn.) finished the 36-hole event tied for 35th individually with a 168 (+24) to lead the BSU contingent.
