BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women’s golf team continues its spring season Sunday, April 11 and Monday, April 12 by competing in the Wayne State Invite hosted by Wayne State College at the Wayne Country Club.
The Beavers will compete in the two-day, two-round tournament beginning Sunday morning at the Wayne Country Club which is a 6,083-yd, par-72 course.
In their first action of the spring, the Beavers were led by senior Lauren Stockmoe who posted a score of 171 (89-82) at the Upper Iowa Invite April 2-3. She was followed by freshman Mollie Albrecht who posted a score of 177 (92-85) in her first collegiate tournament.
Stockmoe paces the team with an 85.5 scoring average in two rounds which is 16th in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference while Albrecht trails with an 88.5 scoring average and junior Taiylor Ellingson is close behind at 92.5.
