BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women’s golf team begins its 2021-22 campaign by hosting the Tracy Lane Memorial tournament at the Bemidji Town & Country Club, Sept. 13-14. The Beavers and nine other teams will compete at the two-round, two-day tournament held at the 5,314-yard, par-71 course.
Day one of the tournament will start at 8:30 a.m., with tee times while day two will be an 8:30 a.m., shotgun start.
Bemidji State returns six letter-winners from last season and welcomes three newcomers to the squad for the 2021-22 season. The Beavers were voted to finish 10th in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll with sophomore Mollie Albrecht tabbed as the Beavers’ preseason golfer to watch.
Bemidji will play a total of four tournaments during the fall season before beginning the championship season in the spring.
