2015-16 (Junior): Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team… Took part in seven events with 16 rounds played… Averaged 88.1 strokes per round to rank second among BSU… Recorded one top-five and two top-10 finishes… Finished fifth overall at the BSU Invitational with a score of 89… Shot a season-low 81 in the second round of the Dragon Invite Sept. 11, in which she finished the tournament seventh.

2013-14 (Freshman): Competed in 15 rounds... Average score was 91.3 (+19)... Top finishes were second at the Dual in the Desert and tied for fourth at the BSU Invitational.

Elk River High School: Elmquist was a seven-time letter winner as a member of the girl’s Nordic ski and golf teams. A captain of the Elks’ golf team, she was an All-Northwest Suburban pick and was named her team’s most improved player. In 2012, she shot a career-best 78 (+6) to lead Elk River to a section championship and a Minnesota State High School League Tournament berth. The Elks would go on to finish sixth. A two-time Nordic ski captain, Elmquist garnered all-conference honors on two occasions and earned her team’s most improved and sportsmanship awards. Elmquist has also excelled in the classroom. She was a member of the National Honor Society and is a regular on the honor roll, while she has been selected Student of the Month and was awarded Outstanding Performance.
