Women’s Ice Hockey
BEMIDJI, Minn. - Bemidji State University co-interim head women’s hockey coach Jim Ingman and Sis Paulsen announced today the signing of one recruit to join the Beavers in the 2006-07 season. Kailee Jaeger signed a National Letter of Intent to play for BSU. With the signing of Jaeger brings the 2006-07 class to six, joining early signees Nicole Rawlings, Lexy Parenteau, Jacqueline Robertson, Casey Irving and Jessica Ptachick.

Kailee Jaeger (F, 5’0”, Devils Lake, N.D./Devils Lake High School) - Jaeger is a three-time all-state selection at Devils Lake High School and has lettered four times in her prep career. She was named captain of her High School team her Junior and Senior season and was the leading scorer on her high school team the last three seasons. Jaeger was named the Outstanding Senior Athlete of the Year (Miss Hockey) for the state of North Dakota during the 2005-06 season. In addition, Jaeger is a six-year letter winner in cross country and was a member of the National Honor Society at Devils Lake High School.
Bemidji State is coming off a season in which they finished 6th in the Western Collegiate Hockey America (WCHA) and had a record of 11-23-2 overall and a 10-18-0 mark in the WCHA. The ten wins was the most wins Bemidji State has compiled in the WCHA in its seven year history.
