Tickets for WCHA Final Face-Off still available
MINNEAPOLIS — The Bemidji State women’s hockey team will be making its first-ever appearance in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association FINAL FACE-OFF after beating St. Cloud State in a best-of-three games playoff series last weekend. BSU is one of four teams still alive in the hunt for the WCHA tournament championship along with an automatic bid to the NCAA Division 1 Women’s Ice Hockey National Championship.

Bemidji State will play Minnesota Duluth in the semifinals on Saturday March 6 at 12:07 p.m. at Ridder Arena in Minneapolis. The winner will advance on to the championship game, Sunday March 7 at 12:07 p.m., playing the winner of the Minnesota vs. Ohio State game.

Tickets for the 2010 WCHA FINAL FACE-OFF are still available and on sale through the University of Minnesota Athletic Ticket Office. Three-game session tickets for the women’s playoff championship are available at three prices: $20 for a reserved seat, $18 for general admission, and $15 for seniors and youth (age 18 and under). Single session tickets, priced at $15, $12 and $8, will be available on the days of the semifinals and championship game.
