Led all BSU freshmen with 13 points (6g, 7a)...Along with Kristin Huber, played in more games (33) than any other BSU freshman..Was a vital cog in BSU’s second power-play unit...Tallied two power-play goals on the season...Was tied for second on the team with a plus/minus of +5...Scored first career point with a helper versus Providence on Oct. 1...Scored first career goal against Lindenwood on Nov. 10 en route to four-point performance (2g, 2a)...Had two goals and an assist against Robert Morris Dec. 30-31...Tallied a netter and two helpers versus Ohio State at home Jan. 13-14...Had a goal and an assist in road series versus North Dakota Feb. 3-4.

Prior to BSU
Kostenko was part of the Notre Dame College Hounds that finished in first place in the Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League with a 27-0-1 record...Was 20th in league scoring with 13 goals and nine assists in 17 games...In the 2011 Canada Winter Games, Kostenko represented her native province of Manitoba where she scored three goals and tallied six helpers...Before playing for Notre Dame College she led the Central Plains Capitals in scoring for both the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons with 65 points (45g, 20a) and 58 points (34g, 24a), respectively.

Daughter of Michael Kostenko and Lori Drozd born on Jan. 29, 1993...Uncle Greg Kostenko skated for Ohio State and was an eighth-round draft pick by the New York Rangers in 1978...Majoring in exercise science.
