Spearheaded BSU's penalty-killing unit that finished second in the WCHA and third nationally with a .915 success rate... Had a career-high seven shutouts... Posted three wins against two teams that reached the Frozen Four... Set program records for wins, GAA, and save percentage in a single-season... Following the season, Mowat was invited to Canada's National Women's Strength and Conditioning Program. 

2013-14 (Freshman)

Mowat came onto the scene and set multiple freshman goaltending records at BSU including games played (33), wins (10) and goals against average (2.42)… She earned WCHA Defensive Player of the Week honors Nov. 13 and took home WCHA Rookie of the Week honors Oct. 2... Posted a 50-save performance versus Ohio State (Nov. 9)... Notched three shutouts… Also earned Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week Nov. 12, 27.

Prior to BSU
Played for the Pembina Valley Hawks... Won three provincial championships... Won a national chamionship in 2012... Won a silver medal at Nationals with Team Manitoba at U18 Nationals.
