Played in all 36 games... Recorded eight goals and and 21 assists for 29 points to lead the Beavers in scoring... Posted career-highs in assists and points... Led the team with 106 shots on goal and a +10 plus/minus rating... Scored three powerplay goals... The Beavers were undefeated when Tougas recorded a goal.  

2014-15 (Junior)
• Academic All-WCHA
Appeared in all 39 games for BSU... Posted career-highs in goals (13), assists (14) and points (27)... Her assists and point totals led the team... Finished second on the team with 122 shots on goal... Led BSU with three game-winning goals, including one against Minnesota Duluth in game three to propel the Beavers to their second ever trip to WCHA Final Faceoff.

2013-14 (Sophomore)
• Academic All-WCHA
Skated in 35 games as a sophomore… Led team in points (22), assists (14) and tied for team lead in goals (8)… Scored game-winning goal versus Lindenwood in season opener (Sept. 27) and added three assists on game-winning goals... Posted five two-point games, four versus WCHA competition… Posted a career-high three-game point streak Nov. 8-Nov. 16 against Ohio State and Minnesota State... Named Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week Feb. 26 after tallying a goal and an assist in a series versus St. Cloud State (Feb. 21-22).

2012-13 (Freshman)
Tougas played in 30 games in her freshman season... She led the freshman in scoring with 14 points (7g, 7a)... Tougas earned WCHA Rookie of the Week honors for the week of Nov. 14... She had a pair of two goal-games as a freshman... One of which came against No. 1 Minnesota Feb. 16... Had four two pont games as a freshman including three against WCHA schools... Named Beaver Pride athlete of the week on January 16 after a two goals and an assist against the Minnesota State.

Prior to BSU
Tougas competed for three seasons with the Thunder Bay Queens... She tallied a goal and an assist for the Queens in a September exhibition against Bemidji State... Tougas helped lead Thunder Bay to a silver medal in 2011 and a gold medal in 2010 at the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association provincials... She also helped the Queens to the 2010 Esso Cup Midget National Championship where she was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player... Tougas was invited to the 2010 Team Canada U-18 selection camp... Attended St. Patrick High School in Thunder Bay.

Daughter of Joey and Vikki Tougas was born on Nov. 5, 1994... Sister Courtney Tougas played women’s hockey at University of Toronto... Majoring in Exericise Science.
