2015 (Senior) Nyquist started in all 19 games for the Beavers as a defender... The captain recorded three assits and one goal, which was a game-tying goal off a corner kick against Minnesota Duluth (Nov. 1) to help keep the Beavers playoff hopes alive... Played a total of 1,560 combined minutes.

2014 (Junior)
Nyquist started all 19 games for the Beavers as a defender… Recorded four assists, ranking third on the team in assists…  Posted four shots on goal (1.000) in 1,525 minutes of play.

2013 (Sophomore)
Recorded 18 starts and played in all 19 games for the Beavers as a defender… Scored a career-high two goals and recorded a team-leading seven assists for 11 points to rank fourth  on the team… Recorded a career single-game best three points versus Missouri Western (Sept. 6)… Had a game-winning goal against Missouri Western (Sept 6)… Posted four shots on goal (.444) in 1,643 minutes of play.

2012 (Freshman)
Nyquist played in all 19 games and started 18 as a defender…recorded first career point with an assist against University of Minnesota Crookston (Sept. 9)…scored first career goal against Concordia St. Paul (Sept. 15)…finished the season with one goal and three assists for five points…recorded two shots on goal.

Prior to BSU

Helped lead Hopkins High School to the Section 6AA finals to conclude her senior season.  Was named All-Lake Conference and earned All-State Honorable Mention honors in 2011 before playing in the 2011 Senior Classic and garnering the Player of the Game Award. Her club team Tonka United U17 Premier, placed second in the 2011 Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup and the Eden Prairie Cup. Nyquist also lettered in academics at Hopkins High School, was a member of the Honor Roll and earned Academic Honors in soccer as a sophomore, junior and senior.

Abigail Marie Nyquist...Born Jan. 28, 1994...Daughter of Dana and Lois Nyquist...Both parents were NCAA Division III athletes.  Her father played football and baseball, while her mother was a collegiate volleyball player...Majoring in Design Technology.
